Baby/English Spinach 150g

English spinach also known as flat leaf spinach or baby spinach. either way, it all depends on the usage. A few uses: in a smoothie, perfect  for a green salad, added to a stirfry, add to a mung bean pot, spinach and chick pea soup.

Our spinach is grown organically at a farm in Philippi.
